I’m not being secretive about where I am. I just honestly don’t know my location. My Witch friends thought it would be a blast to have me witness a gathering of their Coven.
So this morning, Ti-Diana, the beautiful Witch I met back in April while writing an article about the gorgeous Easter eggs she provides for Easter Baskets, showed up at The House on the Hill. After flashing her bewitching smile, she informed me that I was to get on the back of her broom, hold on for dear life, and she would take me to the Coven’s very secret meeting place.
Ti-Diana gave me a quick tour of the island from the air, and then when we landed, she took me on a hike so I could see things up close and personal.
We came across a Chocolate Moose in the woods, watched a family of Black Bears frolic by the water’s edge, and even had a Unicorn sighting.
There are flowers growing on this island that I’ve never seen before, the trees are incredibly tall, and the water surrounding the island is the deepest blue. It’s no wonder the Witches keep its location a secret, and Ti-Diana explained that a cloaking spell keeps it hidden from view of those not meant to see it.
My dear friends Waltzing Matilda and Volcanica Ivy are a part of this Coven, so I have gotten to spend time with them as well, although they keep coming up with excuses to leave me alone with my lovely guide. I have no problem with that.
I really am having the most remarkable time, and might spend most of my vacation here. I’ve been asked to spend the week, and it won’t take much Deep Thinking to come up with a response to that invite.
I will post when I can, but in the meantime, I have asked other friends of the blog to write some posts to keep you company while I’m away.
Please be nice to the Guest Bloggers. I know their writing styles will differ from mine, and they probably won’t write about the same silly things, but they are doing me a favor and I’d really appreciate it if you engaged with them and commented on their posts just as you would on ones written by me.
Just wanted you to know I am well and really enjoying myself. Talk to you soon!
